MEET OUR CREW

Brandon Sharpe has been working in the marine industry since high school with many different marinas until March of 1998, when he came to Arrowhead and found his calling. Brandon has strived to be the best and in doing so, has been recognized by Cobalt Boats as one of the Top 20 salespeople within their company. His proudest achievement; though, is being part of a team that has been top of the Customer Satisfaction Index since his employment. His ultimate goal is to help his customers have the best boating experience that they can possibly have.

During the early 80's Jerry Cookson started visiting Grand Lake with his friends and family, after meeting the sales team at Arrowhead he realized that this was the perfect spot for him. Jerry started in the Sales Department and after only one year he was promoted to manage the Cedar Port location. Now he is living his dream of running a marina and selling boats. Jerry is the product manager for Harris and Regal and is now in charge of ordering them!

Cory Ziehe started spending his summers on Beaver Lake in 1998 where he found his passion for boating. He obtained his first job in the marine industry in 2004 and has been sharing that passion with Arrowhead Yacht Club & Marina customers ever since. Cory strives on supplying the best customer service not only before the sale but after as well. Cory takes pride in making sure everyone is satisfied with their service from the Beaver Lake location. He is a great asset to our Arrowhead Yacht Club & Marina family.

A Rogers Arkansas native, Braden found his passion for the lake when he was young. He's grown up boating on Beaver Lake and over the last couple of years he has helped to draw more attention to the watersports community there. He's very talented with a wakeboard and camera and likes to create short films for social media. He is living out his dream job of selling the very boats he loves to ride behind!

Stefan has worked for Arrowhead Yacht Club & Marina since 2012 and was a standout member of the team from day one. He is a graduate of Ketchum High School and has worked in all areas of Arrowhead Yacht Club & Marina including gas dock, service, fiberglass, and sales. He brings a great knowledge of boats and an expertise in many areas and we are proud to have him be able to share that knowledge and passion with our new boating customers. Stefan is also an avid surfer and can share his experiences with all of our new surfers young and old. Please welcome Stefan, and if you see him over the summer make sure and congratulate him on all his hard work. He definitely deserves it. He has already been hard at it getting some videos prepared to share with new boat buyers that will help them learn how to be boating experts.

Matthew started his work in the financial services sector in 2004, and joined the Arrowhead family in 2018. He has traveled to the manufacturer factory plants and participated in a number of product/sales certifications in the finance field. He loves making the boat buying process as painless and enjoyable as possible through partnering with the best lenders in the Marine lending space he can help navigate the waters on your next purchase. He also loves discussing options on protecting your investment even on existing boats from extended coverages on your boats power train to covering all of your electronics. He also has access to some of the best coatings and treatments available allowing less time cleaning and maintaining and more time enjoying the boating lifestyle.

JD was born and raised in Southlake, Texas. A large part of his childhood was centered on the lake. He grew an immense passion for wake surfing and wakeboarding, which led to his first job in the boating industry, where he worked in a pro shop and taught surf/wakeboard lessons. After graduating high school, he moved to Fayetteville to attend the University of Arkansas. He is currently working on a degree in Agri-Business Management and Marketing with a minor in Business Marketing and Logistics. When the pandemic hit, he returned to the Dallas area, where he ran kid's surf camps, gave private lessons and charters, and was a boat driver for the surf club. He started with Arrowhead Boat Sales - Beaver Lake in March of 2021. He has performed many duties throughout the last 2 years and has continued giving wakeboard and surf lessons in his free time. In 2022, he was the Delivery Captain for the Beaver Lake location. JD has since moved to Oklahoma City, where he is excited to start his career as a Sales Professional at the new Arrowhead Dealership, servicing the boating community of OKC.

Brian Stengel started managing the Service Department here in Grand Lake in October 2001, and has been setting records ever since. He has earned many rewards including Top 10 finishes in the nation, Top 100 dealers from Boating Industry magazine for the last three years, Top CSO scores in all of the boat lines that we sell, and above 99% approval from buying customers. The service department has also been recognized as one of the 50 dealers to achieve platinum level with Mercury Marine, in addition to being the first boat dealership in Oklahoma to become a certified dealer from Boating Industry Magazine.
