Founded by Joe Harwood — who started as a service technician — Arrowhead has grown into one of the largest and most trusted marine dealerships in the region, with eight locations across Grand Lake, Oklahoma City, Grove, and Beaver Lake in Northwest Arkansas.

We are an authorized dealer for Cobalt, Regal, Barletta, Malibu, and Axis — some of the most respected boat brands in the industry. But we are more than a boat dealer. Arrowhead operates five full-service marinas, multiple ship stores, yacht clubs, slip rentals, fiberglass repair, certified service departments, and waterfront dining. We are a one-stop marine lifestyle destination.

Our service department is one of the largest on Grand Lake and Beaver Lake, staffed by certified technicians trained on Mercury, MercCruiser, Volvo, and Yamaha engines. We believe that service after the sale is not a promise — it is who we are.

Our History

Arrowhead was founded in 1972 by Joe Harwood — a boat service technician who believed that great service was the foundation of a great dealership. That belief has never changed. From a single location on Grand Lake, Arrowhead has grown into a multi-location marine business with sales, service, marinas, yacht clubs, and more. Today, Arrowhead remains family-owned and continues to serve the same lakes and communities that Joe Harwood started with over 50 years ago.
